This commercial ice maker features 40 built-in ice molds, operating in an environment of 5 - 38 ¡æ / 41 - 100.4 ¨H. It can produce 65lbs / 30kg of ice per day (tested at 21¡æ/70¨H ambient temperature and 10¡æ/50¨H water temperature), with a storage capacity of up to 24 lbs / 11kg.
Thickened insulation material made of expanded polystyrene foam, combined with a 0.6mm SUS430 stainless steel shell, effectively isolates external heat. Even when not in operation, the ice can remain unmelted for 6-8 hours.
The ice maker features a one-button self-cleaning function, and comes with a filter inlet pipe to effectively filter impurities in the water, ensuring clean and healthy ice production.
